Saw this listed? Looks neat, can’t find much info on it and value or how many were made? Anybody have any additional info?

I believe this one is a prototype sample that didn't make it into production - its not listed in the TSR UK catalogs like the others but has all the appropriate markings.

Just checking through my email ... when I bought it, along with a bunch of other buckles, pins, patches, the seller told me that this was a sample sent by Ultimate Buckles in the UK and to the TSR's offices in Cherry Hinton Cambridge @1994.  The person I bought it from is an industry figure and TSR UK Consultant from that era.
