Ah, an item from Rhea's collection.  I think he had this product, Demons and Notmen, and Dimensions and Doors, from Rider Games / Rider Fantasy Creations, at one time.

The only way to really know is let it ride as an auction, with a low starting bid, and see what happens.  It could be worth more than your BIN, with the right combination of people being interested.  As it is, you will only get your BIN or less.  Perhaps that's enough for you.
