Dear wise ones.

D&D Miniatures Blister packs - Battlesystem 15mm - any value to these... before you say photos - will be uploading some shortly - just wanted if any value to them?

Also Ral Partha D&D miniatures (25mm) as well -  and yes photos coming shortly as well - are their any blisters I should look out for

Hi Seany,

The 15mm Battlesystem blisters are nice, but not in high terribly high demand from my perspective. I place them in the $10-20 range.

For the 25mm 11-series, almost all of those typically do quite well. Molydeus, Pit Fiend, and the rest of the Planescape demons are in high demand. Remorhaz, Snow Troll, giants, and the Council of Wyrms dragons are also highly sought after.

Monsters are generally worth more than PCs, named characters like Selune, Raistlen, Quili etc can be expensive.  I sold an extra Selune at one point for $150 and a few Raistlen's in the $60+ range


Games can get you through times of no money but money can not get you through times of no games!!

It seems to me, and I don't look at prices every week, that prices for 25mm have not been going up along with many other D&D collectibles and may be declining.  Many miniature makers shifted the scale from 25MM to 32MM, so many of the older minis don't work well with the new scale.  Plus, Reaper has created a line of plastic minis called Bones that have remarkably good detail, are reasonably prices and don't get damaged when dropped.  Bones are in the new 32MM scale.  Therefore, if you are thinking of selling them, I recommend you do it sooner rather than later.   8)
