Any advice on how to sell a collection of Terry Pratchett books? (UK)

All first editions from Equal Rites onwards

Some signed

And - what's the economics of collectors books?
Eg i see equal rites seems to be selling at £300 - what % do booksellers buy at?

Also may have 2m3 of sci-fi paperbacks to shift
