First Encounter #3 (Oct 1982)
Challenge #35 - $5?
Challenge #67 - $3?
The Scroll #12 (Sage Lord, 1993) - $5?
Norwescon 12 (1990) - probably nothing
Legends of the Lance No 1 (1998) -

Also any idea for Night of the Ninja (IIE Games)?

To be honest, probably they've been sold, but I'm not sure

I have since moved to Europe, and split my collection into things I want to keep and then sold the rest off on craigslist. I think these periodicals were probably sold off then, but I didn't keep thorough enough records to confirm. It's possible they're still in my storage somewhere, but I doubt it. Once the pandemic is over I'll head back and then have a chance to rummage through what I have left.
