Troubador Press did make the coloring book we see on the acaeum. I'm thinking perhaps this is an earlier print. Neat item! You spotted it first so I hope you get credit for it on the acaeum.

Unfortunately, it is not a different print.  This is just a coloring album that has had its cardstock cover removed. What you are actually looking at is the title page that has been colored in.  -Scott

The seller confirms that the cover is hand-colored.  Good job in spotting this, though, and thanks for making a mention of it!  Foul
