Hello, I was wondering if anyone could give me a rough value on some boxes of miniatures. I don't own them, but am thinking about buying them. There are seven boxes, some complete, and a total of 30 whole figures and 12 broken ones. I don't think they come with the original boxes. Here's an example of what's on offer:

Box 1: Humanoid Adventurers

Complete:

Storm Bull Adventurer
Waha Adventurer
Eiritha Adventuress
Pavis Adventurer
Seven Mothers Adventurer
Chalana Arroy Adventuress

Broken:

Yelmalio Adventurer (spear shaft broken)
Humakt Adventurer (sword broken )
Daka Fal Adventurer (pike broken )

I can't really imagine them being that valuable, especially with so many in that set broken and the original box missing.  In many cases, the box determines the value as much as the minis.  Therefore, I am guessing that set is worth less than $20.00, and I personally wouldn't even pay $10.00 for the set.  To a Runequest mini collector, maybe they'd go for $20.00.  Again, I am mostly guessing.   :?


Truth is worth finding and life is too short to work for money.
