I am not familiar with this SPI (pre TRS?) game as a 3 in 1. I've seem the individual early 1980's games, but I can't find any info on this one. It's never been played with the cardboard squares still complete, magazine condition is very good/almost new condition. Unknown date. Any ideas?

Made 1981 to show off SPI's diversity.
The third game (allegedly FRP) is a choose-your-adventure booklet.

Not rare.
