Apologies if this has been discussed before. *standard disclaimer*

A local FLGS has a stack of old issues of this magazine in VG condition for sale @ $29.99 each.

Just wondering how cool/rare/collectible/worthwhile people think this publication is.

Thank you for any input

Issue #2 is the hardest to get and most valuable by some distance ($50-120+).
Grey copies of #1 are "test copies" and harder to find than the red cover #1.
Good luck!  :)

I always felt #3 was most difficult to find, FWIW :)

Getting issues 1-3 at less than $50 is a good to very good buy. If they have other early Pagan items, Scott, please get in touch since there are still a few I'm looking for :)

That is a good point - I have rarely seen #2 or #3 on ebay much. I seem to recall a few high-priced #2 auction prices but I don't really recall any for #3 (haven't done a search recently though)....  yes if there is also an early art portfolio or courting madness do put me down for a couple !!   :)

I've seen more 3s than 2s.  Prices reflect that.  Here's one that sold too low a couple weeks ago:

** expired eBay auction **

After issue 4, prices fall off quickly.  At $30, it's a deal on 1-4, about right for 5, and then too much for 6 and higher.

Well, I didn't make it back to this store until yesterday. All they had left in stock were issues 4,5,6 all priced at $29.99 so I passed.
They did have some other interesting items (intersting to me at least PDT_Armataz_01_01 ), a Psi-World box set, an Elfquest box set, a JG copy of Tegel Manor etc.

Cool little game shop called 'Around the Table' - north of Seattle in Lynnwood if anyone else is local

Yes. I love this place, feel like I am at peace there. Great selection of new and used games of various sorts, good tap beer selection, great bottled beer selection, good ice cream, clean atmosphere, several quality open tables to game upon. They got things right.
