Would someone be able to give an fair & reasonable estimate of what these items would be worth?

I would put the Dungeons at about $10 each, a bit more for Underground, maybe $15... less a 'lot' discount, say $40 all in.


I draw the line at collecting... D&D beach towels.

Two and Three are less common, I would say a little more, 15$ each. Uncle Ugly's underground is not so easy to find in excellent condition and complete. I would say in the 30$ range.

Thank you for the estimates ... I ended up paying $60 for the lot, so that comes in between your estimate & Thunderdave's. I'm happy with that  :D
