I looked through every 1981 and 1982 issue of Dragon Magazine (Using my Archives Disc) and found nothing.
I do not own any copies of The Best of The Dragon Mag issues.

What do I have here?

I swear I looked at the mag images, but Ifor this first 1981 issue I somehow missed this.
And its the first item listed in the contents on the left side of the PDF too.
