Du1 Halls of the Giant Kings
All tiles are unused and not punched out.

12 Huge Bsa Prepainted miniatures
Includes the Aspects of Bahumat and Tiamat. Also the Huge Red Dragon
64 Large Bsa monsters includeing the gelatonus cube, Beholder Lich, Beholder, Copper, green, blue, andred Dragon.
456 medium small based monsters includeing Dritzz, Count Strahd, Kopak and Boaz Draconions, brass, bronze and black dragons

No doubt.

I am not even a novice when it comes to 4th Edition stuff (Tiles), but the large Minis alone are easily worth several times $200.

I'm not sure about the current values of the dungeon tiles (DT1 was a very expensive set at one point) but the if these minis are the WotC D&D Minis then they should be worth quite a lot more than $200 unless the bottom has fallen out of that market.
