I have come across a first edition of Talisman. It appears in really nice condition but has been played. What is it worth?

Yeah, 1st edition Talisman has taken quite a lot of hits, with 2nd being preferred, and 4.xth being the most readily available... 3rd is still pretty high demand, though. I'd wager you might get $20-40 for a good set, maybe up to $100-150 if untouched/sealed.
