Hey all,

I am looking at selling my woodgrain (which I believe to be a first print) based on the descriptions here at the acaeum. It is in over all very good shape with some markings on the front, all the corners are intact, it does have the name of the owner on the outside of the box. It contains all the 3 first printing booklets with complete reference sheets, each book has the initials of the owner on the top left front cover of each book. However does not have any markings, writing or highlighting on the inside of the books.

Basically wanted to know what I could get for this set, in addition, best way to sell it (private, vs. ebay (reserve?)

Any help is greatly appreciated. (I have posted some pics, hopefully you can see them clearly) Let me know if other pics are needed.

Thank you.
Jorge

I would think that you could get around $1800 - $2500 on eBay at auction.  The pricey stuff has lost some of its shine the last few years (due to the economic downturn is the US I imagine)

Are the Reference Sheets present?

Hello, Jorge.

It's a nice set.  Are the covers of booklets 2 and 3 slightly lighter in color than the cover of booklet 1?

Many thanks,
Stephen

Hi Stephen,

Yes they are, just a bit. Does that mean anything?

Thank you,
Jorge

Hi Frank,

Here is that catalog page, I think is the one that you were referring to (?)

The picture didn't come out too clear.

If anyone is interested in making a serious offer on this please send me a message, if not, I will be putting up on ebay.

Hello all,

I have finally decided to sell my first print woodgrain. Based on the recent woodgrain sale, any thoughts on value?

I am going to probably put this on ebay in a week when I am back in town.

Thanks,
Jorge
