Anyone have a rough estimate for the value of a copy that is in good condition?

No scribblings, no stains, no rips or tears.
Has small corner bends on cover sheets.
Staples very slight rust.
Staple holes on opposite side at the edge of all pages except the front cover (I have no idea what that was about).
The Counters at the top of the pink insert have been removed (between pages 16-17)
There is a small 1/2" strip across the top of the front cover something (asumming it was the sun) has bleached some of the color from the front cover.

Last one I saw on ebay (about 6-8 weeks ago) went for $26. Ridiculously low, I thought, It still had the WBRM counters attached too.

Reason I ask is that some months ago, I purchased an e-Bay lot that included a copy of Issue #1 of Wyrms that is in NM condition.
I will be keeping that Issue for my collection of course.

I recently purchased an entire run of Wyrms (Issues 1-14) and Issue #1 from that run (though still OK) is not as nice as the one I got in that e-Bay lot.
(Well, I think Issue 14 was the last one that is)

I plan to sell (or trade) the extra copy of Wyrms Issue #1.
The condition of the extra copy is as stated above.
