I am wondering what could worth a copy of Playing Aid without maps and cover sheets. So only the guide and the 2 guideline booklets I and J.

It's not an incomplete CSIO as much as 3 booklets that can be sold separately.  Conservatively Booklet I $5-10, the others $15-20.

CS book, maybe $15 with the spine and back cover issues.



Booklet J, as Shane said, $15-20, though I have seen it sell for more even with no maps.



Booklet I (Yellow) is very easy to find.

Knoble Knight is selling copies for $9.95 and I think that is too much, even if minty.



Especially since this seller (Badmike) has them at about half that price...
