I do not know how many people out there are familiar with these works, but i happen to have a 1977 Autographed Volume I for Arduin Grimoire.

Does anyone know what it may be worth or who might be looking for it?

Is it really autographed?

Some printings were printed with the author's name (David Hargrave) 'signed' on the cover as part of the printing.  Take a loot at some pictures to compare to what you have.

If, on the other hand, it really is an autographed issue, I suspect it would be worth a fair amount to someone.   One step is probably to verify the printing.   As with TSR, they didn't seem to distinguish the various printings internally and you have to use hints from the cover and product lists to determine the true print number.

There is some discussion of Arduin here:  The Arduin Grimoire's I, II & III

I sold an autographed copy (in the last year I think).  It wasn't a first printing and it wasn't the first volume.  But it didn't command much of a premium.

I also had someone who contacted me claiming he was an old Friend of Dave and said that the autograph was genuine judging from the scan.

Who's?

The autograph is in pen, by Dave HArgrave, on the upper inside coverpage inside the book.

It looks good, but I cannot definitively identify the edition yet, though I will follow the link that was posted and check it out.

There's one for sale right now at Noble Knight games signed for $45, but I think these prices are about 15-20% high.

I think I have a first printing type, since it has the dragon over the guy cover. But it does say Hargrave's name on the cover. So it may be like a First+ or something.

My best guess regarding The Arduin Grimoire is that you have a second print, because of your mention of David Hargrave's name on the outside front cover.  From the limited research I've been able to do regarding my own copy of AGI, the first print lacks the name, the second has it, and the third has a totally different cover.  Then again, I could be very wrong.
