Some time ago I thought that I've lost my Hebrew copy of X1: Isle of Dread, so I bought the English version. Now I've found the Hebrew version, but I no longer need it (the English version is in a better state), so I'm going to sell the Hebrew version on eBay.
It is quite heavily used and quite worn, but everything is in it.
How much do you think I could sell it for?

Most copies of X1 in the condition you mention are pretty much worthless garbage. But it is in Hebrew, which most people here have probably never seen before so that might make it worth something to someone. However it also makes it near impossible to gauge its worth. Youre just going to have to put it on Ebay with a low opening bid and no reserve and see if someone wants it.

Alright, put it in Hebrew with an opening bid of $5 and a shipping cost of $4.
