Anyone know the value of working and non-working D&D handheld (LCD) electronic games?

The electronic games dont sell for squat.  Best chance is to list them in electronic games with the manufacturer in the title (like Mattel Electronics for example).

You might snag a collector if you have a near mint box with the instructions etc etc.

"What can I get for $10?"

"Mint Rare and Shrinkwrapped-just pick that bar of soap up for us pls, we love you long time!"

I'm not sure -- I guess I could actually give it a look. =) All I know is I turned it on and nothing happened, which isn't entirely unexpected.

Check the battery-connector-thingies for corrosion.  If you're feeling adventurous, open the case (if it's screw-held, otherwise don't) and lightly wiggle a few wires, check the connections to any chips.  Works for me - 50% of the time.

Not a hardware person, if you couldn't tell already.

For what it's worth, got new batteries -- it works like a charm!  So, what should I set my BIN to?

I think draco's 6 key on his keyboard must have gotten stuck.

The BIN should be $6  :!:
