not positive about the others (never got into dark sun or dragon lance), but these can usually be picked up off of ebay for around $10 each.  i actually just bought a NM Labyrinth of Madness, $11 including shipping.  I see REF3 and the Guide to the Ancient Dead at half price book stores pretty often.

The gazetteers Dwarves and Elves will range from about $10 in good/very good condition and up to around $17-22 in excellent near mint.


And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!
