Any idea on how common/rare these are?
Valuation... anyone care to make a guess?

Honestly they should be worthless but you could see if NK is still selling them. They are one of the most cheaply made items I have come across and how you can tell a fake from a real copy (unless their is something about the printer type of the original that cannot be duplicated) I don't know.

Yes NK is still selling them for $20.  The other set is the one that is hard to find.  As far as authenticating them, you can look at the how the ink was sprayed on the paper - use a magnifying glass or scan it at high resolution.  You can tell if it was done 30+ years ago or done on a new inkjet or laserjet.

Cheaply made also sums up just about all of the rare TSR tournament modules as well and most people wouldn't suggest they are worthless.
