I acquired some posters in the 80's in my teen years that seem to be rare.  I am guessing on this based on my internet searches, but am here to ask those who may know more on this matter.  I have sold 3 or 4 on Ebay some 4-5 years ago and they each went for around $100.00.  I have 7 left.  All of them except for one are Dragonlance images and include the year and TSR print in the lower left corner.  Have any of you run across any of these ever?

Any ideas?  Please assist me.  Thank you.

This poster is probably the most eye catching of the group... Check it out and let me know what you think...

Thanks!

I had one of those on my wall circa 1985.  I'd love to have it back now...

It was Larry Elmore's Dragon Blade print.

This is just an art poster.  Probably worth $1-$10.

Generally the only posters worth money for D&D are the promotional type, like 1st ed MM coming soon; this type of thing.

This is just an armchair observation from years and years of watching Ebay for D&D stuff, I could be completly wrong :)

This is exactly what I was thinking.  The storefront promo posters for the MM, DMG and PH usually sell well but the other ones are probably $10 each.  I think my local gamestore might still have some of these kicking around too.

Someone might pay $100 for that. That someone is not me. Maybe if it was not Dragonlance. Or, easily it was the original Shadowrun cover... and it was the actual artist copy.

You can buy signed and numbered prints from Clyde Caldwell's site for about 40-60 dollars.  They are also also printed on better paper and have a border for matting.

I don't think he has any prints of Dragon's of Triumph for sale but posters are a pain to frame and more prone to rips. bends and tears so yah probably not worth more then the cost of a regular poster from the book store.

Thanks for the feeback guys... looks like I'll "roll the dice" on Ebay then and see what comes up.

If you do, place a link in the Classifieds, it might boost your chances.
