Thinking about selling some of my items. What do you think the value is of:
3rd print of the #1001 box set. Box is in great condition insides are near mint. Has the dice but the bag has be opened.

And

1st print of #F1006 Monster & Treasure Assortment Set One: Levels One-Three some wear but still in very good condition.

I sold a Holmes 3rd (box VG; interior FN; dice unopened) a couple of months back for about $39.

That is about what I thought. Mine would go for a little less since the dice are opened.
