Its a page out of Lowry's Guidon which was their newsletter/catalog.  I had a bunch of these at one time.  They had articles by Gygax, Lowry, etc. etc.

Thanks everyone.  It was puzzling me.  :D

I will take some more pics and put it up on ebay in a day or so.  Quite possibly of limited (but curiosity) value.
