I have these 4 classic traveller compilation books:

Classic Traveller rulebooks 0-8
Adventures 1-13
Supplements 1-13
The Classic Games 1-6

any idea on value ?

I've found a couple on ebay for $20-$30 BN but the fact that they're still there must mean overpriced?

thanks for any help

I have seen them in 2010 still sitting on the shelves of gamestores, though they will eventually disappear.  For the immediate future, cover price or less is a fair price for them.

Are these out of print now then?  I have the Alien volumes and I think a couple of others but never got around to picking the others up.

Some of them are out of print but others are still available:

They are all available as PDFs though.

They're a good bargain if you want all of a particular series of books in the game and aren't so concerned about collecting value. After all they are reprints.

They have their problems. For one, their size is inconvenient, being landscape 8 1/2 by 11. For another, sometimes pages got jumbled out of order or went missing entirely. This is most notable in The Classic Short Adventures, where one entire adventure Marc had to release as errata because the page order in the original book was so screwed up as to be unusable. I happen to have The Classic Books, The Classic Supplements, and The Classic Adventures and these three books seem to not have the issues the later books did.
