You're not going to get rich off the West End version, sadly.

Basically, it's almost a straight reprint of the original Eon version; Eon more-or-less granted WEG the right to print a version of the game. So it's not really very "special."

Here's the components you should be seeing:

Main game

20 Alien powers
Amoeba, Chronos, Clone, Empath, Filch, Insect, Laser, Machine, Macron, Mind, Mutant, Oracle, Philanthropist, Seeker, Sorcerer, Trader, Virus, Void, Vulch, Zombie

54 Cards
Attack 30(1), 20(2), 18(1), 15(2), 14(2), 12(4), 10(6), 8( 8 ), 6( 8 ), 4(2). Compromise(10). Edict Cosmic Zap(2), Emotion Control(1), Force Field(1), Mobius Tubes(2), Plague(1), Stellar Gas(1)

4 Planet Hexes

4 Token sets
Red, Blue, Green, Yellow

1 Warp Hex

1 Hyper-Space Cone

1 Rules book

Expansion 6

10 Alien powers
Butler, Dragon, Ethic, Extortionist, Force, Hurtz, Lloyd, Negator, Pirate, Visionary

1 Lucre set

1 rule sheet for lucre

Expansion 7

14 Alien powers
Boomerang, Bully, Delegator, Disease, Filth, Fungus, Loser, Pacifist, Prophet, Siren, Sniveler, Terrorist, Warpish, Witch

Be thankful it's not an animated gif...

Who the hell is that? Sting from Dune? Remember those ridiculous "basketball uniforms" the actors wore in the original Battlestar Galactica series?

Basketball uniforms?  You mean the uniforms they wore when playing Triad?  http://media.battlestarwiki.org/images/7/71/Triad.jpg

Yeah...pretty goofy looking.  But I guess the usual velour and ultrasuede uniforms were too sweaty.  Hell I start sweating just thinking about wearing one of those.

And why they changed the name to Pyramid for the new series?  Pyramid was the card game they played in the original.  Damn that Ronald D. Moore fellow.

That's right...Triad!

EDIT: Look...the "going rate" is $1500-$2000 and there's allegedly only one in existence
