The Acaeum description says 8 loose leaf sheets and the outer folder. My copy has 8 loose leaf sheets including 3 sheets of characters and 1 sheet of graphics (not the map). So i would guess it is missing at least 4 sheets, I cant tell if the folder is missing the back half or not. Hope that helps :)

I concur with chromaticknight. I know that mine is complete. There are (8) sheets internal to the outer folder. They are in order of appearance: (3) module and info sheets, (1) map sheet, (1) picture sheet, (3) character sheets, and finally, (1) double-sized outer folder previously mentioned. The one currently listed on ebay appears to be missing the picture sheet and the three character sheets. It does look authentic from the picture. Based on the fact that it is incomplete and in poor condition, it should go for cheap I would think, but who knows... This should clear things hopefully!

Hey Mike, whats confusing to me is that the acaeum states 8 pages and then you guys are saying it comes with character sheets, etc. I wish Scott would say that on the Lost Caverns page.

As far as I recall (I do not have my copy at hand right now), is that this book contained eight pages including the character sheets.

This is exactly what my copy is comprised of.

LOL, don't worry Matthias, their are plenty more copies of Lost Caverns that are up for sale. Just gotta ask the right contacts :P I was just getting a little confused on the number of pages it contained.

I just got one in the mail. :D :D :D I just want to confirm some things with you other guys that have one. - 1 module info sheet - Greater Caverns on one side, lesser caverns on other - 1 map sheet - ditto - 1 sheet character vs monster hit/damage matrix - 1st level on one side, 2nd level on other - 1 sheet monster characteristics - ditto - 1 picture sheet - 3 *single sided* character sheets - and of course the 4 page outer folder

Oh and the other thing I wanted to ask about was the ziplock bag. How can you know it's original? Mine is almost the perfect width for the module and about one and a half inches higher than the module and there's a red stripe near the top.

Looks like it is the right bag but it's hard to say if it's original since it is just a common storage bag that they probably purchased at the grocery store... I wouldn't recommend storing it in the orginal bag anyways since there have been discussions on the bag discoloring the paper.

I need to add to what Doug said by noting that the ziplock bag fits the module a bit tightly which may not be good. There could be a chance of tearing the item if you take it out and also the module may get a little squished since there is not much moving space for the item. As to the bags originality, that may be a little hard to tell. Many other older products used bags exactly like the one you are talking about. Wee Warriors used those bags. I think ziplock bags like that are still available. Just dirty it up and it will look old. I wouldn't worry about the bags as they don't change the value in my opinion.

Agreed. The contents count the most in this case!
