If it makes you feel any better, I Googled Viridistan to find out.

I could tell you the Judges Guild item number if you gave me the product name a year or two ago, now I usually have to look it up :( Sucks having it all packed away.

As far as I can tell it is not anywhere on the map or in the three book that come with CSWE. Holding up the CSIO Map and the CSWE together against a light shows that the building are of a equivalent size (CSWE is a little bigger) so I am guessing 120 foot per hex right now.

Here some example of building sizes when I use that scale.

Inside Front Cover of the City State of the World Emperor Guidebook Map 6 (Maps) at the bottom are these words:
The City State of the World Emperor (CSWE), otherwise known as Viridistan, the City of Spices, the Immortal City, or simply "The City", has been ruled for the past 150 years by Hautulin Seheitt, and his wife Murielle Eidin, the last of a once haughty and powerful race......

Blah Blah Blah...
It goes on for nearly two more full pages of background fluff...

I have 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prints of that book and they all include the same wording and info on the inside front cover and next page and a half (More or less).
And that one sentence is the only place I have ever seen that specific word at all.
In any format.

I think that the scale (One Hex = 120') stated by robertsonley seems (at first glance) to be a reasonable one.
I will see what I can figure out by doing some comparisons.

I know Viridistan as a name because I first encountered City State of the World Emperor online, rather than in print.

There is a large-scale map available online that has the name Viridistan on it.

The Hexes on the City State of the World Emperor Map are 5/8" wide (Flat side to Flat side).

I think the scale is 1" = 200'; meaning that each Hex is 125' Wide (Flat side to Flat side).

The City Map is titled as follows:

2/5" tall RED BOLDED letters at the top left corner of the map.
"VIRIDISTAN"

2/5" tall RED BOLDED letters at the top of the map in the middle:
"CITY STATE OF THE WORLD EMPEROR"
