Hey guys. I'm normally a D&D guy, but I recently acquired one of these in a recent collection purchase:

Anybody have a little more background information on it? Worth? History? Desirability? Is it anything like this counterpart for AD&D?

Just curious so I can answer questions about it if they arise. Thanks guys.

They were bundled to get rid of a bunch of overstock, so similar to TSR but not for any anniversary.  As for worth, one sold not to long ago (and yes there will be updates for prices in the next few weeks) and it was the only one seen in some years.  The Fantasy packs are rarer then the Science Fiction ones (but that probably is the result of what people wanted back then and also a warehouse caught fire and some product was lost - but not the science fiction stuff). And they don't contain any early prints, so opening them doesn't pay, but SWed they have some worth.  As for desirability, I'd say to collectors for the most part, but if someone wanted everything included then would depend on the price.
