From Dungeoneer 10 they have a list of various magazines, etc from the time. So basically first I'd like to know what issues of these existed from around July 1976 to 1984.
Second which contain an ad, review, mention, etc.
Then from there I'll comprise a list for scans needed and make it a sticky thread.

Before making Sticky Post wanted to just bump this to see if anyone has been looking for Judges Guild references/ads/etc in these magazines listed above.

I was just looking through The Apprentice fanzines and there is some mention of Judges Guild in them:

Issue #1 page 10 New Releases: Thieves of Badabaskor
page 19 mentions that The Dungeoneer has been in a coma since November

Issue #3 Galdriel's Mirror lists The Dungeoneer is going full-colour and changing format to 64 8 1/2 X 11" pages.  The new price will be $1.75/issue.

The Judges Guild Journal, house-organ of Judges Guild, has a new editor.  This is Chuck Ansell of The Dungeoneer.  A format change made the December-January issue 8 1/2 X 11" with approximately 32 pages.

Issue #5 page 27 contains a one page review/history of The Dungeoneer.

I didn't notice any JG mentions in 2, 4, 6.  Issue #1 was released May 1978, #3, Winter 1979, #5 Summer 1979.

Have added a couple of magazines not originally in the Dungeoneer #10 list So if anyone comes across any different magazines with Judges Guild material, please let me know so that I can add them to the list.

I can confirm around the first part of next week ... I picked up Issues 3 thru 8 from Jason Zavoda off of eBay.

Also noticed that one of the issues I aready have, I think 9/10, had a review of some Judges Guild modules in it.  I can check again if you would be interested in any reviews.

Wanted to bump this thread.

Right now I'm working on the ads from various magazines, so if you have any of the above magazines then I'd like a scan of the Judges Guild ad - course if it has a review or article then that to (course I'm only going to list the reviews and source, not actually post the contents.)

I have Dragon magazine issues through #215, except #1, 5 & 28.  (I hope to have #5 & 28 by next week.)  Surely you must have some of these already.  Which ones would you like me to look through for scans?  It would be a bit of undertaking, so I would have to do it a little at a time.

Don't need to bother with Dragon 1-250 as I have those from the CD. Course if any of the later Dragons have ads from the other companies that put out Judges Guild material I'd like those.

Well ... I am going throught early White Dwarf magazines and pulling together Judges Guild reviews as I come across them.  After I have these compiled I will see what I can do about ads ... might be a little while as I am mostly doing the scanning to build up a collection of the adventures published in the magazines for use in my current game.
