both judges and players are printed singled side and in yellow. Very different then from my first copy which is parchment and has a blank grid on the back.

Need a scan of the judges map then?

Yeah :)
You don't happen to know which printing it came with by chance? http://www.acaeum.com/jg/Item0150.html

I need Map 6.  Does that mean I need both players and judges versions?

It doesn't like they were refolded by the owner.  Except for a couple of minor coffee drips both sets seem to be unused.

Shane....any help?

Well, checking all of mine, this is what I found of those folded opposite (if it has no number in () then I only have 1 copy):
Players #2/3 (have 3 of these)
Players #4/5
Judges #4/5
Players #7/8
Players #9/10
Judges #9/10
Judges #17/18

This maybe just the human factor.

I don't know how maps are folded at a print shop.  I suspect it is done by a machine.

Maps coming off a printing press and piling up would all be facing the same direction.  It would be a hassle to turn over anything but a small number of the unfolded maps.

That tends to indicate either multiple print runs or...well...something else.  Which isn't very helpful so much as slightly interesting.

Which reminds me...  A big thanks to lucyjoyce for the Portals of Torsh cover.  It looks like we have discovered a third printing of this product.

Tis only 2, I'll need to look over all the #440 lists I have for products for that hidden #460. I suspect I'll need to change more pages this weekend.

Shane...could you describe the Hammermill Bond paper?  Is it the rumpled parchment paper or the orange-ish smooth paper?

Its more the smooth paper, but you can easily tell it is Hammermill Bond by holding it up to light and seeing if there is those words (plus made in the USA) as a watermark throughout. Per every 8x11 section there is around 1-2 of those watermarks.

I was wondering if we could use this thread to spread a bit of JG happiness  :D

I've carried out my first reasonable assessment of JG stuff and I've found quite a few doubles and some triples.

There are not any rares but if someone wanted any of them I'd happily pack them off to a caring home...

Please PM me for the current list
