Where did you learn this? Curious if this was in a magazine or Dave Nalle posted this somewhere.
Pegasus 13 never materialized due to Judges Guild owing money to the printers around that time..so it probably got pulped.

In person- Dave runs campaigns here in Austin for his Ysgarth system, usually for UT's University Gaming Society, although I haven't kept up with it in recent years.

We were never able to determine if Pegasus 13 was ever written or published so we decided to start over with #14. Besides, Bob didn't like restarting with an unlucky number.

Not about 14, but rather I'm interested in knowing if #16 exists as a PDF.  Was able to get the image from http://bernhardtpublishing.websiteanimal.com/ before updating my flash player (otherwise its hard to read from that site)
