Hum..found some even more mistated news from that site:
An email from Louis Zocchi: "I paid Bob Bledsaw $350 on 5 separate occasions to bail him out of cash flow binds. In exchange, I told him that I wanted the right to reprint 5 of his out of print works. He agreed. I dont remember how many copies of the few I xeroxed, but it was less than 25, and more like 10."
Site states: 'Judges Guild also took a massive hit when its third-party distribution company founded by Lou Zocchi went belly up. It owed Judges Guild large amounts of money that Judges Guild was never able to recover.'

I don't know the source for that article though...

Yes, that site is kinda piecemeal (and the wiki ain't much better: could do with revising/enhancing that, too).
Dangerous with the usual "it's on the net, it must be true" attitude.

Also forgot to mention last time that those Zocchi "prints" were a very nice extra bit of flavor to add to the list. Good research :)

p.s. Lucky Adrian? :)

There's a printing history inside the front cover of the Dungeoneer issues.  I'm sure there were multiple printings of #2 as well, but the only one I've got is a 1st print, thus no additional info.

so there ya go :)

i listed them up as interesting items at the time, due to their "uncommon" nature.

I took a real shot at that issue #1.  I thought I would probably win it, but it turned out thtat even bigger dogs wanted that bone.

How much would Dungeoneer's 5, 6 and 7 be likely to fetch on eBay? I haven't seen them up as single issues in a while.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

i dont think i have ever seen either of them on ebay - and well they are funny things arent they....depends on who is really looking for them and who really wants them.

i think 5 and 6 have a real chance of being biggies. i know stephen was looking for them at some point...

7 is a wild-card tho...could go either way....all you need is three or four peeps wanting it and you should get pretty good prices imo

Are we nearly there yet?

99 cents to a few bucks and little interest is usual for 7
