seller only has late revised csio = not convinced declare as 1st/1st or $$ even if right color

Yeah..just because it doesn't have a cover sheet doesn't make it a 1st print, 1st release. But that auction is damn impressive.

About 20 shots of Jack. The two that bid this up must have split the bottle.

Just truckloads of cash, apparently.

I've seen other JG sellers throw those into lots as a what-the-hell addition. You can trip over them in the street ...

What Lofenloc wants, Lofenloc gets.  He has stomped me in many bids.  I wonder if he mistook the description of author's notes to be actual notes separate from the adventure.

[acronym="In my honest opinion"]IMHO[/acronym] they are worth exactly what someone is willing to pay for them, and that is a combination of percieved scarcity, desirability, presentation and marketing. I don't think I could get those prices for them, but I bet I could hit $30 a pop.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Hrmmmm?

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Correct me if I am wrong but isnt this just a pullout from Pegasus #1?  I would expect that the full magazine would fetch this price but not this by itself.  The same bidder is also bidding on all the other "pullouts" from the same seller...all currently at the same price.

Besides being pull-outs, they are available for download from the still-operational Judges Guild site at Judges Guild: Downloads

Poor guy. He should have done some research before bidding.  :(

Will this be a one-time occurrence, or has Restonford found a new income stream from Pegasus magazines?

Caveat emptor.

[edit: same bidder has the current high bid on a Rappan Athuk Reloaded:
