ok, guys... maybe it is time to reveal you the arcane secret:

the auction went so high because of the "castle book II"...

Damn, was going to joke using that

City State Map
(3rd column, one where only have one map, well believe its all of them)

City State Player Map
(This should be the middle row, scans up now for them were from Tim Kask's which he sold here)

Six Ready Ref Charts
(maybe all white versions, have to see if matches the I-6 I have)

Dungeon Level Maps I 1-5
(1st printing, I-2 you can see in a picture) (Will sell this if its nothing different.)

Shall look over the Savage Wars of Peace, but will sell them if there is interest.

Well got the lot, and am pleased. Everything complete regarding sheets all being there. Journal L even had a character checklist.

Savage Wars of Peace seems to be the same books, but different printings (the later though same (c) year was put out by a company.)

Should have scans up on the site this weekend.

Tarantis, incomplete, missing maps, stains, missing color cover sheet and it still went for a BIN of $15.00  8O

** expired/removed eBay auction **

And, the condition of the item is in the smallest print on the page buried below the shipping terms... I wonder if the buyer read that far?

Good Lord!  I've seen the whole thing in shrinkwrap go for $6.50 just within the last year...several times.

There is a guy over on the Necromancer boards asking if anyone has an extra copy of the Tarantis map.  he has the books but no map.  I wonder if he bought that auction.  I told him they were so cheap on ebay he ought to buy the whole thing mint in the shrink.

Leadjunkie,
Nope, I didn't bid on it. Didn't even see it. Is ebay the best way to sell Judges Guild stuff? I posted some stuff in the classifieds here... not even a nibble. What am I doing wrong? Price to high? Not so desirable?  Don't pull any punches, I am curious.

1. You should check out the Judges Guild subweb on this site and determine which printings that you have.

Index by Title

2. Upload some scans or photos of the items to photobucket or some similar image hosting site and provide links.
3. Selling JG stuff as a lot seems to be hit and miss since people that are looking to fill a hole in their collection tend to only buy individual items.

Many titles are dirt cheap & available from a hundred different dealers, in new condition.

Yea, I did that. Maybe I should try to sell them individually on ebay.

I'm not sure if this is really silly or just a little bit daft, in any event there's a creep upwards here ...

a bit like the bidding of the zero feedbacker creeping up on the high bidder :?

I was figuring it should have been ~$40 to $50. :) I am not saying it was over the top ridiculous, just high. :)

yeah, and those two bidders are not from the UK, so think one should probably stop bidding or this will spiral to a silly price.

I was hoping that about $30-40 might have been enough, that's why I bid £18.75 on the off chance (don't have a 4th print).

I missed out on quite a bit of Frank's stuff as well ... back to the drawing board
