You could message the buyer through Ebay and tell them about it & to check the condition of the one they receive. Also, you could send the seller a warning that you will report them to Ebay if they do it again.
Also, you could add the seller to the "Shady Dealers" thread in General Discussion so that others know to ask that seller if the photos are of the actual item for sale. Though, they have nothing else up right now.

That was fast!  I just put that up a few minutes ago... 8O

I set this one a little higher than the last two I sold, because I paid a little more for it than those ones, and they also went really fast (within a day or two).

By the way, I don't have a stockpile of these...I've just found some reasonable BINs.

I agree whole heartedly.  The thing that really pissed me off about it too is I tried 3 different times to even answer me about why I was blocked from his auctions and he just flat out ignored me. :x  I had to find out from a third party (GraysonAC as to the reason behind my being blocked.  The good part of it is though, is that his dumb ass has probably cost himself several hindred dollars from items that I would have purchased(or would have tried to purchase from him) but couldn't becuase I am blocked. Seems like good business sense to me. :roll:

It is the original shrinkwrap. It came from a store that closed in the
early to mid 80's and has been in storage until now. The photo is
my scan of the item.
