Frankly, I'm a bit skeptical of a shrinkwrapped Dark Tower.  I doubt that this product was ever sold in shrink.

Any information out there?

Is possible for later prints, none of mine have it though
1st prints especially should be shrink free - as this was sold at GenCon (though I'm also surprised I'm not seeing any of the 1sts signed by Jaquays)

Would be curious to know if anyone has a Dark Tower signed by him.

Notice that is says, "sealed" and that it has not been opened.

If I seal a package right now then it has "never been opened," even if the package contains my used tennis shoes.

There is no wording that says "original shrinkwrap," or "manufacturer's shrinkwrap."

I have started adding a text image to my photos with my eBay ID to try to head this off in the future.

So far I have been placing them in the lower right corner of my scans/photos.

Thanks for validating my hunch.

You could message the buyer through Ebay and tell them about it & to check the condition of the one they receive. Also, you could send the seller a warning that you will report them to Ebay if they do it again.
Also, you could add the seller to the "Shady Dealers" thread in General Discussion so that others know to ask that seller if the photos are of the actual item for sale. Though, they have nothing else up right now.

That was fast!  I just put that up a few minutes ago... 8O

I set this one a little higher than the last two I sold, because I paid a little more for it than those ones, and they also went really fast (within a day or two).

By the way, I don't have a stockpile of these...I've just found some reasonable BINs.

Shall be interesting to see if this sells as fast.

That guy is such a smarmy ass fricking moron. Here are the two parts of his conditions I like the most:

Anyone who has been blocked may NOT use another account to bypass the block, nor have anyone bid on their behalf or for their benefit. Anyone who does not agree to accept fully all Terms stated in this auction is prohibited from bidding on this auction………

Let me get this straight:  If I am blocked from his auctions, no one else can bid on the item and buy it for me, because if they do I am forbidden to bid on this auction? What the...?

TERMS OF SALE: Payment must be received by the seller within 14 days after the close of auction, or the seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction at any time thereafter. Exception: the seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction at any time if the buyer lies, uses profanity, threatens, argues, violates any Terms of this auction, or breaks any ebay rule or U.S. law.

Don't speed to the post office to send off the payment, the seller will cancel the auction!!!!

The seller reserves the right to set a transaction limit on any bidder. The seller leaves feedback last. The seller cannot be held responsible for any payment lost in the mail. Delivery tracking is not available to a military or international address. The buyer must pay for all shipping costs, including re-shipments. All delivery times are estimates only, and do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or any destination outside the United States. The shipping rates include postage, delivery tracking, the online postage-printing fee, and/or the cost of packaging. The description of the above auction is an estimate only, and is sold "as is", without any warranties or guarantees. This auction is not returnable. Items listed as ‘used' may be worn, damaged, or repaired. If any problems are encountered, the buyer must make a good faith effort to resolve those issues through written email with the seller prior to any other action. The buyer must abide by all eBay rules and U.S. laws not covered in the auction Terms..……..

What an insufferable cocksucker. I wouldn't bid on his auctions if he sold ST1's for a dollar.
