Normally I despise shrinkwrap and rip it right off.  But tearing the shrinkwrap off of those two would be tantamount to murder in my opinion.  And I assume that stratochamp already has all of those items so I wager the shrink will stay on.

well thank goodness you guys don't get to vote! i'm not taking the shrinkwrap of these puppies, my wife would lynch me! she still hasn't gotten over my taking the shrinkwrap off an ob3 in 1982, which was 22 years before we even met.

Why is it that so many people misspell Tegel Manor?

** expired/removed eBay auction **

For fudge's sake, it's right there on the cover...and on the other cover....and the maps.

Hey King,

Funny thing is that I bid on that one (still hasn't reached the reserved price...) and I didn't even notice that it was a misspelling. :P

I just saw the picture and bid on the item. :)

Best regards,
Ronald

Agree with KoP... it is a very common error and that said, is the cover really that hard to read and copy?

Although in this case it was not tough to search anyway.
I wont bid on that one, but it does look really nice.

You might not want to bid on that one..we have a thread on that person.  Plus the thing is Frankensteined with the ref sheet being wrong for a 1st print, plus I would ask to see the back of the cover sheet.

Hey Shane,

Ouch, I had forgotten that this seller's name was on that list in one of the other threads.

Well I should count myself lucky that I got outbid. :P

Thank you.

Best regards,
Ronald

Hey everyone,

Wanted to check if anyone here is familiar with this Ebay seller?
nancaras

eBay listings

He's selling off a lot of really nice Judges Guild items, along with TSR early monos.

I figured with a collection like that, someone must be familiar with him.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Ronald

Seller's feedback is sound. I notice though s/he only ships to USA and Canada. Specifically states. 'This Seller does not ship to Australia'

Seller states it is a 1st pring.
Not true.

1st prints have a blank box bottom with a one-sided insert sheet that is the same as the printed data shown on the later printings box bottom.
Also the two prints are slightly different sizes. (about 3/8").
I have had several copies of both printings.

That set does look very nice though.

After looking at several of the sellers other listings I suspect seller might be wrong about the printings for other items as well.

If you are looking for 1st prints and even more importantly if you intend to bid as if they are 1st prints, then I strongly suggest asking that seller some specific questions to determine if the item or items you plan to bid on are indeed 1st prints.

For Judges Guild, that is easily determined based on the highest numbered items listed in the treasure vault, or booty list at the back of most of the books.

For Tegel Manor, ask the seller for a picture of the back side of that cover sheet.
Same for the Cover sheet of the CSotWE.

Hey everyone,

So I picked up a couple of JG items from sigmarschest.

I had a question for one of them:
Dragon Crown by Judge's Guild

I've been informed that the plastic map with the module is not standard.

Does anyone know what it belongs to?

Thank you.

The book map is on page 13.
It appears to me that a previous owner photocopied/printed the map on to a plastic overhead projector sheet.  Or something similar.  I've seen that before.  It can be useful to mark up the map with dry erase markers, then clean it for next time.  Until it ages :)

Hey everyone,

Revised City State of the Invincible Overlord

Seller will ship internationally with one rule which I found interesting.

"I accept paypal will combine shipping and will ship international except to countries with dodgy postal service."

Which countries was he referring to?
Just for my future reference. :)

Best regards,
Ronald

It has been well established that Italy has a terrible postal system.
