This is actually a 3rd printing, but should be complete with the 8.5" x 11" players map and 3 fold out maps since the Thunderhold map ( 11" x 17") is folded along with the 2 Campaign Map 1s (22 1/2" x 28 1/2").

Have yet to read any of it, but at least it is presented well. Mayfair did start the thin box sets after all, that TSR took up for various settings.

1 is the hardest to find..sold out sometime by Dec 81 (catalog states it), so only half a year.

The second thing I noticed was Haarami bidding on it.

oh and that Tower of Ulission is a 1st (both printings have the same covers except for pink on the 1st vs red on the 2nd)

yeah that was what i got it for - load of nice 1st's, so nice for my collection - only want 1st prints. the modron 1st is very nice almost minty too.

the 19 D&D character sheets are 1977 too - so they are also nice for keeping

i sometimes wonder if david works on commission

2 of the items i found on search about 10 mins after they were listed. i will certainly be bidding on about 12 things on his list. i asked him about some BINs but from the outset (as i live real close to him), but he wanted to keep them listed, which is cool. he sounds like a really nice guy too, so should make for some interesting auctions!
