Is this the set you won, tsathogga?

No eBay feedback, if so. ;)

Was a very fresh bundle indeed, that: only a few small faults apparent which would barely warrant a mention had those been in more usual condition.
Looked like they'd been carefully picked from various sources, browsed carefully, then just set aside...

I posted last night. I went through these things w/a  fine comb last night. The First Fantasy is flawless, Tegel has one (very minor) stain on the cover (maybe 1/8 inch long), and no rust. CSIO copy is as flawless as I have ever seen. The booklets are a time walk in themselves--they seem unplayed and have no scuffs, not even the obligatory indents from people writing on top of them. The players guide book actually "smelled" new. Glory Hole (ok, who cares in context) was mint. Wraith mint also (seemingly unplayed). Tarantis same (again, sort of a who cares--I'll resell this one soon).

The Wraith and Glory Hole filled almost my collection (now just need a mint elusive blue installment copy, sadly the one for sale right now has punch marks). The CSIO and FFC will replace my existing copies.

Happy camper.

I won this set, and they are in absolutely pristine condition.   :D

But, in looking through the cards (gotta make sure they're all there), I noticed something interesting.  Although this is clearly a first print, the white product card -- which I had thought was only found in the second print -- is included in this set.  Does anyone else have a first print with the product card included?

There's a Guide to the City State in here, unfortunately there's also "residual smoke smell".  I'm glad the seller mentioned that. It's a pet peeve of mine to get that as a surprise.

Are you selling this set HERE?
Or if not can you provide a scan of the front and back of that white card, because its different then the one for the 2nd print one. :D  :D  :D

I am speculating here, but because of what it lists that this white card may have been added when they changed the price from $3.50 to $3.95 for these sets.

That's tfm, not me, selling that set.  But the white product card is exactly the same in the set I bought.  I don't see a price anywhere, so I can't tell if there was a change when the price for the set went up.  Kynan's supposition -- from his eBay listing -- is either that the white card should have been in the first print all along, or that the real second print is a "first print" with the white card included.  Another mystery, it seems.   :?

Would still love a scan of your card (front and back) if possible.

He did not notice (or mention) that the white card is different, but because of the 2 items listed on their I think it was later added to the 1st print.  Then they did the same thing for the 2nd print using the white card but listing more products on that.

Journal J lists the products: City State of the Invincible Overlord Playing Aid and Ready Ref Package (though it doesn't list a price) along with the price jump on the Tac Cards.  That's my reasoning for the white card you and tfm have being added later to the 1st print.

Great find though.  Hope to add that white card to the site, course I can't use tfm's as he hasn't allowed me permission in the past for his scans, so am hoping you can help.

ShaneG.
