This seller lists these items as 4th and 2nd prints.

The Maltese Clue is somewhat uncommon.

Yep same here; I also Sent seller a note of inquiry, with no reply.

I have the box set and the book in that listing is only a small (though important) part of that set.

I saw this one a bit after it was listed and I asked seller to described the reverse side of Cover Sheet.
It is blank, making this Tegel Manor a 1st Print, Fourth Release.

Yes, a previous owners name (No doubt) at top right corner of almost every book in that entire lot.

He/she REALLY wanted everyone to know who he/she was I suppose...
Obvioulsy that previous owner was not a collector in that regard.
