Well others answered the question.  I'll just add the ones with transfers are not Tac Cards, since Tac cards are double sided with information.  Plus they are larger.  The original owner did however draw a shield on on one of the cards as can be seen in the middle right picture.
Questions to ask the seller if interested would be if there are any other colored cards (green, pink) and how many cards have printed info on the front and back (to get a total number).

Is a July (and later) 1977 envelope, so only thing missing from this installment is the Journal L.

So few installments addressed/posted, alas.
There has to be a good reason for that, whether the others are catch-up subs, general store distribution or otherwise, but no denying it's easier to keep loose-leaf/mixed stock in envelopes.

eBay listings

I am sure these are nothing interesting to this crew :), but were this seller's JG items originally packaged together? By that I meant were they all part of the same boxed set? Looking at getting started collecting and wondering if I'd be better off waiting for a complete set. Thanks!

Yes.
Close to the value of the book too.
And he has Dak ower at $45...
Not bad really...

After those two it goes down hill for JG Items.
IMO-The rest of the JG items are priced at hopeful levels...
Pegasus #1 at $39.99 (I wish it were true... I have several of them)
Pegasus #2 at $24.99 (One of 3 Issues I dont have... but I am not paying that much for one)
His condition statement calls them both Very Good
(4th rating on his own condition ratings list)...
So, at what starting pric would MINT copies be listed?

Skulls and Scrapfaggot Green at $14.99
Portals of Torsh at $13.99
Castle Book II at $14.99...

Those seem priced to sit in his garage for a very long while...

Because some people don't even bother to read the description. They'll bid on something based solely on a photograph.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

I think I may have just the opposite problem.
I read the titles and descriptions very carefully and only swiftly scan the pictures for glaring problems and sometimes I miss stuff that SHOULD be obvious..
Like LOGOS...
