Imperial Infantry Squad. Anyone tried this game? Same question about City State Warfare. I have them both in shrink, though I'm keeping the City State Warfare even if it stinks, but Imperial Infantry Squad I'm interested in only if it is a decent tactical game.

I have not tried it but it is on my watch list and that BIN is a bit high.
The last one that I have listed that sold in SW went for $19.92

This guy has a number of interesting Judges Guild items up at fairly high dollar. It should be noted that his grading doesn't seem accurate. This Invincible Overlord is described as Excellent & Unplayed, but the right hand lower front corner appears to be missing as well as the corner tips of other pages, unless they are just dog-eared.

City State of the World Emperor with a BIN of $44.99
It is not mint (seller states that there is writing on some of the pages of one of the books).
It appears to be a 4th printing which does not have the Approved for use with Dungeons & Dragons at the bottom of the covers.

Here is a nice lot of 37 items starting at $15. Nothing particularly rare, but it would be a good lot to start off a JG collection!

This guy has four Frank Fazetta puzzles. Not really JG, but he did some artwork for JG, so thought I'd post them here:

FYI, 67 JG history books purchased in first 6 days so I am very pleased. But if anyone thinks their book is junque, I will make a full refund.

Incidentally, the price will start inching up shortly... I wanted to give you fans a chance at it with a pre-publication discount.

Back in 1977-1978, we would NEVER have considered producing a 36 page book with full-color on nearly every page and heavy, quality paper. It was just too expensive and yet when you adjust for inflation, this product is very little more than we sold projects of similar page-count but fewer words and much fewer images.

The thing that kept us from doing the full color was the $500 set-up for color on 8 pages (I think, this might be higher now)... so for a product of this size there would be an extra $2000 charge before 1st copy is printed!

The print-on-demand concept isn't perfect and may seem a bit overpriced or quality a bit under mass-market expectations BUT the fact that you can get a highly specialized micro-market edition out at nearly market rates is an amazing feat of modern technology.

One caveat, I am not really good at photo-retouching and only corrected about 10 of the photos. Just because I think the pictures look okay doesn't mean that the book in 100% professional printing in this one respect. Shoot, I never did get a cerificate of graphic design training completion from the Wizard of Oz so you may think some of it is weird.

There is one other nominal flaw but I'm going to keep it to myself to see if anyone notices it. I have learned over the years that many of my travel customers seem to enjoy stomping on my generous typos and clumsy writing... so since I bothered to do better on these items, I left in at least one oddity to delight the sharp-eyed. :)

As I vacuumed leaves today, I "prototyped" 2 games in my head and thought of several old stories I could have included in the book if I had only left it unpublished it as long as another ruleset that JG is still waiting to publish 30 years later Anyway, since a 2nd edition of my history seems unlikely I will try to answer people's questions at my jg page: http://www.g-design.us/jg
