There is no date on the maps that I can see. They are pristine, and the booklet is pretty darn near pristine.  :)

I think its this one:

1st printing, 1st book: (1979) Black and White cover with tinges of blue  and has "designed and approved for use with Dungeons & Dragons". This printing has the same cover as "Wilderlands of the Fantastic Reaches" this looks like it was changed to stop any confusion with later printings.

Should be 16 pages (if so you are missing the 1st printing, 2nd book which I happen to have a second copy of with another map 11/14 if interested)

yeha i got about 4 of each of em :) you know that of maps 11/14 you should have a judges map AND a players map... and yeah - it sounds like you potentially have instalment V

please note instalment V AND instalment W are first prints. you have 1/2 of the full wilderlands of the magic realms. they released a later print which combined the two together.

I got the maps from Richardmaloney, all the way from Australia.  I lurked his map auctions and sniped them all down together like a grim reaper of gaming.

It may just be me. I do not remember this cover art on Village Book 2 though it has been a long time sice I packed away my JG stuff. Were there different covers or is my mind going?

Thought you'd done those, Al?

Certainly still wouldn't mind seeing (all) those scans too, Shane, in case of any other variations or possibly cleaner copies/scans for some?

Or shall we just continue to be patient.... ;)

actually - think i only have one hex booklet (of that type anyway). just dont rate it as an item , other than from a collecting perspective i guess. i like things i will read more than just having an item for the sake of it.

and as for the scans, i actually thought i had done and sent one of that already as well, but hey there ya go....will do another over the weekend if i get a chance.

Thank you for the information. I am pretty sure i had all the Village, Castle, Island books. I may have to seriously bid just to be safe. Easier to spend the money than lug and open a bunch of boxes perhaps.
