its funny how some things awesomely brighten your day up.

i was just up in the attic rooting through boxes, extracting books and the like and also needed to get in a box that had the traveller adventure campaign sets for JG, when, while i was pulling out a dozen of them, i also totally unknowingly, pulled out the following:

gencon IX dungeon (5th pr)
of skulls and scrapfaggot green (4th pr)
wilderlands of high fantasy (4th pr - 4 copies)

nothing super-impressive, but always nice to find something youre not expecting :D

which leads me onto another item i found, kindof mentioned above:

Of Skulls & Scrapfaggot Green

as mentioned above, as per your listing shane, i found 2 books of JG #80. however, both are in shrink, one is as above, with a cover sheet, but one doesnt have a cover sheet. is it just the same print with the cover sheet missing when the packaged it, either someone forgot to add one when packing the item or they had no cover sheets left at the time?

without opening the shrink, i have looked at the "fine products" page at the back, through the sheet, and they do look similar.

Yeah I've not added that to the site yet, but have seen #80 in shrink without the cover sheet for sometime now.  Doesn't appear to be a different printing, but rather like you believe they could have ran out and shrink wrapped the rest without them.

agreed, i think its just a variant of the same print - made so by the lack of a sheet when packing.

So - the Wilderlands of High Fantasy publications, in shrinkwrap....4 copies!  8O

And they were literally in someone's attic!

Never mind the "someone" was killjoy.  Still pretty cool.

indeed they are/were....was VERY surprised myself....my daughter heard me shout "WAHAY" and wondered what was wrong (at the bottom of the ladder waiting for me)....

so you can now imagine how tempted i am to open the other boxes and just be sure there arent any other things there that shouldnt be :)

Am hoping it is someone on here who has won this, because I'd love some info on it to add to the site regarding the Dungeoneers.  If not I'll contact the seller in a day or to to contact the buyer.

Might not be the proper place for this, but I was unboxing the last of my RPG material from my recent move and fitting it on the shelves when I found a very well-used (and loved, I assume), heavily-marked copy of Dark Tower and a decent condition copy of Inferno right next to one another.  I don't remember buying them, so my guess is that they belonged to my father and I just kind of "put them aside" because they weren't made by TSR and I didn't know what they were at the time.  I thought I remembered seeing a place on the forums here for Judge's Guild discussion, and quickly realized just how amazing a find these are as there's no way on earth I'd be able to come up with the money to buy them now.

I understand that "lucky" doesn't even BEGIN to cover something like this, so I'll just say I hope everyone else here has the opportunity to experience something like this with a collection at least once in his or her life. :)

I have a JG catalog that doesn't match the description here, Shane or someone if  you want to get back to me I'll describe it.  Basically, the item is:

Item Code:
None
Title:         Judges Guild Fantasy Catalog
Type:        Catalog
System:        Universal
Author(s):         Judges Guild
    Editor(s):        Unknown
    Artist(s):        Unknown
Date Published:         1978, August

Comes with Installment T.  Product list is titled "Booty List" with the highest number being 69.  Descriptions are given for products with the highest number being 61.

Earlier this week I got a package at the door from FedEx.
The link is to the e-Bay listing.

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Contents include (but not limited to) the following items.

TSR:
1st prints of all three TSR AD&D Core Rules book.
The PHB is the yellow endpapers version...

OD&D Supplements:
2nd print Swords and Spells
3rd print DDG&H

1st print Outdoor Geomorphs Set One: City Walls

Judges Guild:
1st print The Wilderlands of the Magic Realms
1st print The Fantastic Wilderlands Beyonde
1st Print The Dragon Crown
1st print Survival of the Fittest (mono)
1st print Under the Storm Giants Castle
1st print (no sticker) The Treasure Vaults of Lindoran
1st print Temple of Ra Accursed of Set
1st print Of Skulls and Scrapfaggot Green
1st Print The Maltese Clue
1st print The Mines of Custalcon

Guide to the City State (the small book) with the relevant Tan Maps

Wraith Overlord (minty)

2nd print City State of the World Emperor, NEAR MINT and complete

3rd print  Citadel of Fire

There were 59 books and magazines in all, plus a folder with about 35-40 maps (Half are Judges Guild, the rest TSR)
Aside from the items listed above (including the maps) most of the rest is almost worthless trash...
Even so, I think I got a pretty decent deal.

If I was to sell just the TSR Core Rules books, I would probably get my outlay back from those three books alone.

You know I am always up for trades... 8)

Send me a wish list.

Keep in mind that not all of the items I listed are minty, but they are (generally speaking) in nice condition.
