Was Pegasus #16 ever Published?

Just a quickie...

I have a front page cover image of Pegasus #16 (Summer 2004 I think), and I was wondering if it was ever published (digitally, not physically).
I know the last physical copy was Pegasus #14 (stupidly rare), and then after an immense hiatus JG published Pegasus #15 electronically online in a bid to jump on the digital revolution.
I believe they put out a teaser front cover for Pegasus #16 but it never got released.

I'd have posted the image I have, but don't know how to.


This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.
