Well, I had an interesting experience. I ordered this lot of modules, and they arrived in a nice box all shrink-wrapped together. Weird thing was, one of the smaller modules had a problem. I wrote Troll and Toad the following:
To whom it may concern,
I ordered the following from you recently.
Item Title: Dungeon Crawl Classics 4th Edition Dungeons & Dragons Lot
Order # blah-blah-blah
Item Number: yada-yada-yada
Date: May 31, 2010
The package arrived today in good shape, but when I opened the package, one of the modules was badly damaged. Dungeon Crawl Classic 060: Thrones of Punjar had a 1" x 1" x 2" triangle torn off the front cover and about five pages into the module had similar, but increasingly smaller, tears. The missing bits were nowhere to be found. It was if the module was packed and shrinked damaged. Strange.
Anyway, I would like Dungeon Crawl Classic 060: Thrones of Punjar in complete and good condition. Do I need to mail back the damaged module? If so what address should I mail it to?
Thanks for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
*my name here*
They wrote back within 24 hours!

I received the replacement module today in excellent shape! Color me surprised based on previous reports and horror stories. Anyway, I want to give credit where credit is due.

Truth is worth finding and life is too short to work for money.
