Except that, like many Harn collections, it has all been disassembled. I'm going to confirm with the seller, but I think what we're seeing is empty module covers and all the pages removed, punched, and placed in binders. This was actually promoted as the way to do things in the early Harn days, so it's pretty common to big old Harn collections.

So, to a player, it could have some value, but to a collector, marginal.

Areas of interest/knowledge: Harn, WFRP, Ars Magica, anything BRP based such as CoC, Runequest, Pendragon and all their related games

And I even considered it for a moment as material to use for play, while keeping the collection stored away, but if I were going to do that:

1. I'd have to get a game going, and that has been really difficult
2. There are even more complete collections available
3. It would probably make more sense to spend the money on a scanner, and invest time scanning all my books, then I'd have everything on a laptop, which would be even easier for play

Areas of interest/knowledge: Harn, WFRP, Ars Magica, anything BRP based such as CoC, Runequest, Pendragon and all their related games

Answer:

You are correct, but there are a few things still in their original covers, such as the Shorkyne Region, Pilot?s Almanac, HarnLore 10, The Staff of Fanon, 100 Bushels of Rye, Shek-Pvar magic rules and the Lyahvi Tome.

So that stinks, well, for me anyway.

It is legitimately hard to find and as such, that's a fair price. Apparently someone else thought so too.
