Hey everyone,

Thought these might be of interest:

THE ARMORY Fantasy Roll Playing Game CHARACTER SHEETS

** eBay auction listing blocked.  Please enable cookies in your browser for this site and for eBay! **

DEATH REALM The Land Where Horror Dwells Book Magazine

** eBay auction listing blocked.  Please enable cookies in your browser for this site and for eBay! **

I remember seeing the Armory advertisements in Dragon Magazine way back when. Never knew they had Character Sheets.

The second one looks like it might of interest to Call of Cthulhu fans.

Best regards,

Ronald

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Alas, this arrived today but it's incomplete:  the starting scenario "Shadow of the Dark Man" is missing completely, and the "Tyme of Darkness" scenario is clearly a photocopy.  Grrr.  I've contacted the seller, will let folks know how it goes.

Sorry about that :(

I took a picture of my opened box when I read it and I don't see another booklet in the content:

http://myvyrrian.free.fr/images/WitchHuntC.jpg

I listed the content on my website:
Box
+ 1 book 48p
+ map 11"x17"
+ 2 dice
+ character sheet

No aditionnal booklet for the scenario. Is "Shadow of the Dark Man" not included in the rulebook?

For Tyme of Darkness, on the ebay item picture it missing the cover.

Hmmmm:  thanks Geraud, you're right the starter scenario was included in the booklet.  Based on the auction description of beginner scenario, and the fact that it was called out separately on the back of the box blurb, and that I didn't see it's title in the Table of Contents, I thought that it was missing.

I already have Tyme of Darkness, will have to go back and see if its booklet has the same binding as the one in the box---that one is single-sided sheets that are clearly copied since you can see the booklet staples in the margins ;) and it's 3-stapled roughly where holepunches would go.  But hey, the staples aren't rusty at all :D :D

PS:  you box is definitely nicer than the one that arrived today :D

Hey everyone,

Just out of curiosity, are the most valuable items in that lot the:
Role Aids Fez 1
Role Aids Nanorien Stones
Midekema Press Towns of the Outlands

I'm really not familiar with the items in that lot.

Best regards,
Ronald

I remember this lot, but it is easier if you post the link to it or add it with an edit to your post.

Hey Jason,

And here it is :)

Lot of 22 Vintage RPG Books D&D AD&D Judge's Guild ICE

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0501951990

So is it the Role Aids Fez 1, Nanorien Stones, and Towns of the Outlands that were of the greatest interest?

Thank you.

Best regards,

Ronald

Probably.  But there are a few other fairly uncommon items in that lot.  The Companions books (Streets of Gems, Gems for Death, and Alluring Alcoves), The Hole Delver's Catalog, The Serpent Islands, and the first print of Survival of the Fittest dont show up very often.  Not sure about a few other items such as Cryptych or the Fantasy Gamers Compendium.  Dont know anything about them.

I'd put Gems for Death first

Gems for Death

Nanorian Stones

Wilderlands if it had all the maps, but otherwise not and pretty much tied with Towns of the Outlands and Fez 1.

Maybe Fez 1 should be higher but I have seen a lot of Fez 1's around.

Alluring Alcoves and Streets of Gems are nice. I'm not sure what the item that says Campaign Book is, so it may be something or nothing.

Even the Judges Guild Survival of the Fitest has gotten hard to come by.

It is a nice lot.

I'd agree as far as rarity and quality.  Highest value might be Nanorien Stones.

The Campaign Book is a generic D&D book published by White Wolf (one of two or three, IIRC) c. 1990 or so.  Nothing terribly worthwhile:  $5-ish.

I actually have no idea what that Cyberpunk item is, as there are no spiral bound items for that line.  If/when someone wins this lot, I'd be interested to hear about it - I'm assuming home bound version of something at the moment.

Looks like a photocopy of the rule book from the boxed set.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

3rd Edition of Skyrealms of Jorune (Chessex).

BIN for a 5 book bundle at $49.95 with $4.55 shipping (US)

Books are new an unused, seller has 8 bundles remaining last time I looked.

Same seller is also selling the same 5 books individually in other BIN listings.

This guy has some affiliation with Chessex, just FYI, as when I purchased this bundle the e-mails came from a chessex.com address. Not a bad deal, but these aren't going anywhere anytime soon. I bought mine over a year ago. He also had a SkyRealms of Jorune poster up for auction at one point (which I won), and I meant to ask if he had more rare 2nd ed. stuff but never got around to it.
