This isn't an rpg, but you could use it as the combat portion of an Aliens rpg. Not sure if this is the boardgame or the supplement since the description is poor and no picture is provided.

Anyone know what this is? Writing out an auction description that includes publication date seems to be the real rarity.

Not really rare. These are game books, rather easy to find in UK. They have been reprinted recently IIRC. City of Gold is the more common. The last ones (hidden faces, rising sun) are less common though.

The first couple were printed in the US as well. You can see on this one where the bubble contain a couple of dice was removed from the book.

Quest was the USA reprint of the fabled lands books, though I believe they only did the first 2. You can however buy the reprints of the Fabled Lands books 1-4 off Amazon for $8 a piece. If they get enough orders they will complete the series which for the old books went only to #6.
As for that quest book, yeah it includes dice, black with gold pips iirc. I still have them though not nearby and that exact book.

Shattered Isle from Chaosium. Looks interesting but I've never seen this one before. Probably because I never follow chaosium products very much.

Actually Shattered Isle is a Stormbringer supplement as well. You can play it with both game. Even with all eternal champion games, so I guess that it would be possible to play it with Corum too.
